We believe that understanding the incoming workforce well, significantly improves strategic planning in any business. Therefore, we are partnering with both leading educational institutions and companies to perform research activities that generate insights on attitudes, strengths, behaviors, values and expectations of graduates that are about to transition to the workforce.
In Q4 of 2018, we partnered up with Zagreb School of Economics and Management (ZSEM), with the goal to explore the relationship of graduates’ motivators and personality traits to their career aspirations. Find out more about the aspirations of the incoming workforce, as well as about the impact that the predominant behavioral styles might have on their future career.
In this research we were able to present important trends in the population that is just about to enter workforce and will experience a much different career path compared to the previous generations – both due to the digital revolution and respective changes in the future of work. We hope that it may enable businesses, which want to turn their future employees into their biggest assets, to grow the understanding of their mindset today and how they may evolve in the future.
